This was my first trip this Autumn to the Eucumbene, where me and my friends decided to fish and camp on the upper reaches of the river. Couple of cold nights and only a big log fire managed to save us from freezing our butts off. Ended up fishing not a whole lot this time, more drinking and having a laugh but my buddy still managed to land couple of little trout on a spin rod. One of the days spent some time trying to master Euro nymphing technique and get a better feel for it before the peak of the season was about to kick of in a couple of weeks time.
