This was my first trip to the Blue Mountains after the season has re-opened and I was itching to see how the rivers look like in the Spring. Especially after all this rain we had in last couple of months. Was great to see grass and trees so lush and green, and the river running in the best condition I have seen in years. Water a bit murky but level is just perfect. On the fishing front not much to report to be honest. Some fish rising here and there in the slower pools, but it looked like they just little guys (not even sure if that was trout), had one fish having a got at my dry fly but missed the strike and that was basically all the action I had on that day. Hopefully will do a little bit better next time.
