After spending some time over in Europe it was nice to come back home and get onto the trout streams of the Blue Mountains. Season has gotten into a full swing by now, with plenty of wildlife and insects out and about. I managed to do one day trip to one of my favorite spots, where majority of the fish were browns usually taken on nymphs, with some rainbows coming up for dries on that day. And after that I did another trip with my friends, staying overnight for couple of days cooking some campfire food and catching rainbows basically just in front of our site. Pretty epic weekend with some solid fish landed.
