After having a pretty good session on the tinny creek few weeks ago I decided to give this other river a go I had on the list for a while. After arriving to the spot I was pleasantly surprised, as it seemed like the river hadn’t got affected by the floods at all and it was running nice and clear. As soon I jumped out of the car I already spotted a rising trout under the overhanging tree. And even though I couldn’t catch that fish I caught heaps of lovely small water brown trout in almost every pool I fished after that. What a wonderful day to be spending out in the mountains.
