After a short break and a little bit of hibernation during winter months, especially after getting so cold on the last trip down to the Snowies, it was the time to head up to the Blue Mountains and try my luck on the lakes there. I decided to drive up on Saturday night, spend the night camping in the National Park near there and then catch up with a friend who came from Canberra. I ended up sleeping in and only arrived at the lake around 10am when most fishermen were already heading back. Not much action on the lake as usual, between two of us we caught one little rainbow each and that was about it. Couple of photos from that session.
